In the hot summer, it is a good time to head to the sea. Lingshui has selected three tiered diving routes, from complete beginners to technical experts, from family time to influencer-style photos, to help you unlock a different “glass sea”.
The first route is for experienced divers: visibility reaches 40 meters, coral coverage is about 65%, sardine storms are often seen, and there is a mysterious wreck dive site. On this route, you will ride a professional speedboat through the waves, explore underwater caves and rock crevices, and dance with schools of fish; explore an underwater shipwreck, moving through it as if turning a page of frozen underwater history; and stay overnight on an island listening to the waves. Professional instructors will guide you to challenge different technical depths, with full underwater photography coverage to capture every deep-blue moment of dancing with schools of fish. Suitable for: certified divers with AOW or above, and technical diving enthusiasts.

The second route focuses on influencer-style experiences: who says diving has to mean being exposed to wind and sun? We have prepared a year-round temperature-controlled indoor diving venue for you, where PADI professional instructors teach basic mermaid movements, complemented by refined mermaid tail styling; the feeling of “flying” underwater is very photogenic. On the second day, head to Daidai Island to encounter tropical fish in the “Lingshui Blue” shallow reef area and take aerial photos of a glass boat. Change into a custom mermaid tail and, under the guidance of a professional instructor, dance gracefully like a sea spirit; there is full high-definition follow filming, with every frame retouched in post-production, and no need to worry about wind, rain, or sun. Snorkel in the “glass sea” to explore coral and fish, board a transparent glass boat to be filmed by drone, and enjoy island resort-style afternoon tea on a coconut palm beach. Suitable for: girls’ getaways, and visitors with no experience who want to take great photos.
The third route is designed for families with children: a child's first dive must be both safe and fun. At the “Elf Village” on Fenjiezhou Island, you can reach out to feed manta rays (devil rays), and explore an ancient underwater village in the shallow water area. Then head to the calm shallows of Chiling Village and complete your first-ever dive under one-on-one instructor supervision. At the end of the itinerary, board a Tanka fishing raft for a lively marine life science lesson. Interact up close with manta rays, then dive down to the underwater “sea village” for sightseeing. Suitable for: families with children aged 4–12, and first-time participants with no experience. In addition, Asia's professional indoor diving facility—the Xigenasi 41-meter-deep pool—will open this year! Whether you want certification training or to challenge depth, Lingshui will offer year-round, all-weather freedom to enjoy both water and land.
