Fenjiezhou Island in Lingshui, Hainan, has drawn the attention of leading figures in the international diving industry with diving conditions that combine a healthy ecosystem and professional standards. PADI Global President Richardson made two dedicated visits here, in 2016 and 2025. Nine years apart, he saw for himself the full upgrade of Fenjiezhou Island, from its training classrooms to its instructor team.
After two on-site visits, Richardson spoke highly of the marine ecosystem and teaching quality at Fenjiezhou Island. The repeated visits by the head of a leading international organization are a strong endorsement of this dive site's professional standards and natural assets — a genuinely good dive site will naturally bring knowledgeable people back again and again.
